Summer School: technology
Jun 18th, 2010 by Johnnie
Every summer we all make vows to learn something we have been wanting to study or read something we have been wanting to read.
I am taking a class in technology at Liberty University and have already discovered so many GREAT ideas for next year…and the class doesn’t even start until next week. Already I am working on and proposing:
- a webquest for Rhetoric students
- a database for the Rhetoric level culturative history student
- a chat simulation between the Northern and Southern Renaissance artists
- a simulation webinar between the Roman philosophers
- a video role play between Julius Ceasar, Mark Antony, and Cleopatra
What ideas do you have using technology for next year? I can’t wait to hear from you?

What if I took some of the HS Logic I class time to help students learn to develop better powerpoint presentations?
JoBeth,
I think that would be a wonderful idea! I know that you have given us all some good ppt tips about word and line count. Thanks for the idea!
